Stacey Duquette
Stacey Duquette is an Experienced Yoga Teacher with YogaAlliance,
Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Orthopedic Massage, and a
Certified Pilates & Fitness Trainer. Stacey has a professional dance
and theater background with a BA inTheater Arts from University of
Massachusetts, Amherst. Stacey discovered Yogaover 15 years ago and was
immediately drawn to the empowering and healingproperties of this
ancient practice. She has been teaching yoga for over 12 years in
Northern California and now in Western Massachusetts. She did her
preliminary certification with Rodney Yee at Piedmont Yoga studio
focusing on Iyengar style Yoga and continued on to train with Shiva Rea
in the Vinyasa tradition which is based in Ashtanga (Power) Yoga. Amy is part owner of KaliYoga in Wilbraham, and she teaches Pilates
Reformer/Tower personal sessions and duets, the KaliKids yoga, as well
as the Iyengar Inspired and Vinyasa yoga. Joan Roebuck, RYT.
A yoga practitioner since 1970, Joan Roebuck was certified by the Yoga
Institue of Miami and has been teaching in the area since 1995. Joan's
style of teaching is classical Hatha Yoga postures linked together in a
graceful and mindful flow. Experienced in the field of Health Clubs,
various town recreation departments and corporate venues, Joan has
developed programs for students of all levels. Her aim is to introduce
the benefits of Yoga; balance, strength, flexibility, and most of all
peace and joy. Joan strives to pass on her passion for Yoga to her
students.
Stacey is part owner of KaliYoga in Wilbraham and also teaches at the
Scantic Valley YMCA and Donna Chalfonte Private Personal Training in
East Long Meadow. It is her deepest wish to share with others the
transformational and healing practices of Yoga and movement that can
help us lead healthy, joyful and fulfilling lives.
Amy
Ellingson Gainer Amy is a registered Yoga teacher
with Yoga Alliance, a certified Pilates Refomer and Mat trainer with
Balanced Body, has a BA in Dance from UC Irvine, a Masters in
Education. She acquired her Iyengar certification with Eileen Muir at
Karuna in Northampton, and then studied Vinyasa with Shiva Rea. As a
dancer she performed professionally as well as taught dance throughout
southern California before moving to Massachusetts nine years ago. Her
love of movement has brought her to yoga and Pilates where she finds
strength and tranquility for her mind, body and soul.
Tammey Guihan
Tammey is a certified Pilates Instructor who has been teaching Pilates
since 2006. Tammey was first introduced to Pilates in 2004, having some
back issue's Tammey realized quickley the benefits of a regular practice
had on her body. Pilates has helped her with running and overall
strength. Tammey is also a Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness
Instructor.
Pat Nothe
is a registered PiYo Instructor. PiYo is a Pilates Yoga blend. This
class emphasizes the similarities between the Pilates system and Yoga.
Yoga postures are combined with Pilates movements and core work. PiYo
develops core strength, flexibility, alignment, and balance.

Ann Natario, RYT, RN
Ann has been a yoga practioner since 1999 and received her
yoga teacher certification in 2003. Her training is Iyengar based, but
she is also influenced by many different traditions including Kripalu,
Ashtanga and Bikram, and restorative. In her teaching, Ann likes to
bring an awareness of alignment and help students establish a strong
mind-body connection. She prefers to adapt the pose to the student in
order to allow the student to move into the expression of the pose that
best suits the individual, while still gaining the benefits of yoga.
This supportive approach allows her to welcome students of all levels.
